SHOP DRAWINGS:
Subs are invited to send pdf of shop drawings for posting on this site. Send pdf files to Ray Foster at ray@rffconst.com for posting. This could be helpful for subs to compare their routes and possibly find conflicts with other scopes well before the conflict occurs in the field. The posted shop drawings will be for discussion between RHCI and it’s subs and do not supersede the plans or approved submittal shop drawings.
AS BUILT DRAWINGS:
Subs are required to keep accurate As Built drawings per the spec. Updated information needs to kept on the As Built plans in Ray’s site office trailer or on 8-1/2 x 11 sheets. As Built information on 8-1/2 x 11 must be reviewed with Ray and the IOR. Copies of 8-1/2 x 11’s will be provided to both Ray and IOR at the time of review. Updates to the As Built Plans needs to be done between 1 and 3PM every Tuesday. Please make arrangements on Tuesday morning so subs each have adequate time for review. The IOR will report at Wednesday Construction Meetings on As Built status. Monthly billings and payments will be linked to current As Built status. If the As Built Plans are not current payment of billings will be held or delayed. Again, As Built information from subcontractors is part of the spec and must be kept current.
